Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’m a creative producer & project manager based on the West Coast. After spending over a decade managing award-winning restaurants and event venues, I’ve learned how to blend hospitality, collaboration, and strategic problem-solving into my creative career.
I took the road less traveled to get to where I am today, which means I have a pretty unique work history. From being a farmer to a model scout to opening a vintage shop to leading production for global brands, every job has brought its own set of challenges and dynamic growth. This journey of switching roles—from boss to beginner—has instilled in me a deep sense of humility and resourcefulness.
As a people-person at heart, I have a knack for decoding ambiguity and communicating effectively across clients and teams. I approach and refine my systems and standards holistically, so I can nurture creativity and create spaces where innovative ideas can really shine.
At the end of the day, I’m driven by a simple goal: to leave things better than I found them. I want clients and teammates to feel respected and supported, and I strive to deliver results that go above and beyond expectations; on time and under budget is just a starting point.
Currently, I lead creative production, post-production & project management at Empire Green Creative in Portland, OR.
I’ve worked with businesses both big and small to streamline internal procedures, build committed teams, define their voice and mission, produce compelling visual narratives, and implement successful digital and experiential marketing campaigns.
